Regina Boisseau, Level 3 Haircolor Specialist - Staff Bios

Regina is an IBIS Salon veteran. She "grew up in hair care" and began working in the field immediately after high school. Regina is a Level 3 Haircolor Specialist who uses her knowledge and experience to help each head of hair she services look and feel natural.
